FREE Introductory sessions

NCAFA offers 3 Coed Flag Football programs this year. Cumberland Panthers, Nepean Eagles and Bell Warriors. These are all open boundary programs that players across the region can participate in. All will offer skill development and game play for players 8 years and older. U8 participants will complete the Football Canada First Down Program. The sessions of the First Down Program develop fundamental movement skills like running, throwing, catching and kicking. The program incorporates football related movements, activities, and skills to help build physical literacy.

Introductory sessions are included in registration. Players who are not registered but want to come out and give flag football a try are welcome to attend any introductory sessions at no charge. Please email Rodney.Moors@ocdsb.ca and let him know what sessions you are attending.
